Constable Care Foundation is a not-for-profit youth safety education provider. Utilising Theatre in Education and the participatory approach of internationally recognised Forum Theatre, our programs raise awareness, influence attitudes and deliver real behaviour change, making a significant difference to the lives of children and young people across Western Australia.
A free theatre incursion for Years 9 to 12 about controlling behaviours and relationship violence. After the short theatre performance of ‘Control Freak’, the Youth Choices team facilitate discussions about coercive control and utilise the participatory approach of internationally-recognised Forum Theatre to allow students to act out scenarios from the play to develop solutions in a safe environment.
