A WA Department of Health booklet addressing the changes that happen during puberty and how to look after yourself during this time. Aimed at ages 10-13 years. We recommend that schools/services distribute these resources to parents and carers, accompanied by a letter that explains the context and purpose of the puberty booklet, helping recipients better understand its intended use and educational objectives.
