WAAC

WAAC is a non-profit organisation which supports the sexual health and inclusion for all people in WA. WAAC seeks to reduce the impact of stigma and discrimination, reducing the transmission of HIV, STIs and blood-borne viruses and increasing access health services and information. 

Services include: 

Counselling 

  • Specialised counselling for LGBTI+ young people with a focus on relationships, gender sexuality and sexual health 

Youth sexual health sessions

  • Free sexual health sessions for young people on a range of sexual health topics such as, STIs, HIV and other blood-borne viruses, safer sex, respectful relationships, consent and LGBTI+ diversity. 

Training 

  • Provide professionla development regarding HIV, blood-borne viruses and STIs. 

Safe sex supplies

  • Provide free condoms with health promotion messages to organisations or groups for distribution.
