Cyber Safety Project partners with schools and communities across Australia to embed proactive online safety, digital wellbeing and AI literacy education. Founded in 2017 by former teachers, we have worked with 250 plus schools and reached over 200,000 young people through curriculum resources, incursions, professional learning and family workshops. Our programs are built by educators, for educators, and cover topics from cyberbullying and respectful online behaviour through to image based abuse, deepfakes and AI literacy for students from Foundation to Year 12.

Talking Respect is an education resource designed to support teachers, youth workers, health workers and other professionals to have conversations with young people about healthy relationships and the influence of media. It features animations and videos of young people from Central Australia and is supported by professional learning.

In the Picture is a comprehensive school resource that supports secondary schools to address the influence of sexually explicit imagery. It provides guidelines, suggested strategies and a wide range of practical resources from which schools can create a whole school approach to sexually explicit imagery that is tailored to suit their unique community and context.
