The workshop is free to attend. Some funds will be available for participants who live in the wider region for travel to Broome (e.g. accommodation, fuel). We regret that schools cannot be reimbursed for teaching relief expenses for this event.

Overview

Do you need some ideas on how to implement effective relationships and sexuality education in the classroom or school community?

Would you like to increase your confidence and skills to teach this challenging subject area?

This FREE two‚Äźday workshop will assist you to plan, implement and assess effective sexuality and relationships education (SRE) in school settings. We will highlight the Growing and Developing Healthy Relationships resources (see www.gdhr.wa.gov.au) and will also explore other innovative resources and techniques that will help you to present key concepts to students.
