SECCA is a non-profit organization designed to support people with disabilities, in their efforts to learn about human relationships, sexuality and sexual health across the lifespan; as well as helping them to develop skills that will empower them to make informed choices, while acknowledging their own individual capacity to enhance the quality of their lives.

This half-day training workshop will walk you through all the features of the SECCA App.


Learn how to assess and prepare teaching plans about relationships and sexuality issues for the individuals you work with. Case studies and role play activities will help consolidate the training and support you in integrating the SECCA App. The workshop will show you how to tailor sessions to individual strengths, give you confidence to support people with disabilities with relationships and sexuality issues, and provide a plan for using the SECCA App in your work.

This workshop is practical and engaging. Please bring your iPad, tablet or laptop with the Chrome browser installed.

Morning tea and refreshments provided.
